At Uwowo Cosplay, we want you to love your transformation, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and accessories included. Please note that custom-sized outfits and intimate accessories are final sale for hygiene and production reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use the guest portal to submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your package, specifying the reason for return.

  Wait for Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the costume in its original packaging, ensuring all wigs, props, and accessories are included to avoid partial refund deductions.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package using a tracked shipping method; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
